I chose A. The architecture and the city are a more integral part of the photo, more of a subject in their own right than in B, where the building seems more like a background. This city has enough character, enough of a personality, that I feel it deserves the attention.

I like A because of the additional building facade information but I chose B because of the cyclist being proportional to the building size, Can you crop the left side to make “B” more centered? “A” makes the cyclist seem too small in comparrison to the building.
